摘要:
中医步入近代以后，呈现日益衰微的发展过程。在西方近现代医学的冲击下，中医在理论和实际效果方面开始受到质疑；太医院消亡和北洋政府卫生司成立后发生的漏列中医案标志着中医被边缘化；民国政府提出废止中医案，中医界进行了抗争并取得了胜利，但却在事实上无法阻止中医的学术合法性被否定。

Abstract:
Tradition Chinese Medicine(TCM) has gradually declined since modern times. Under the impact of western medicine, theory and actual effect of TCM began to be questioned. With the disappearance of imperial academy of medicine and the appearance of the department of health of Beiyang Government. The case of missing herbalist medicine had been happen. It signals that TCM was marginalized. Government of the Republic of China put forward the case of abolishing Herbalist Medicine. Though TCM had won in the case of abolishing herbalist medicine, it could not stop the fact that legality of TCM was denied.
